Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing the rm99 platform, registering an account, or playing any games. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between rm99 ("we", "the platform") and the player ("you", "the user").
By using this platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out here. If you disagree with any term, please stop using our services.
Important Notice: Only players aged 21 and above may access rm99. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to use any of our services. We reserve the right to verify any player's age at any time.
Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age and Location Requirements
To register an account at rm99, a player must meet all of the following conditions—
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Be of full legal capacity to make decisions.
- Be accessing from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
- Be using this platform for personal entertainment only.
1.2 One Account Per Player Policy
Each player may register only one account at rm99. If we find that a single player holds more than one account, all winnings and bonuses associated with the second account will be voided and both accounts may be closed.
1.3 Account Accuracy
All personal information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. If we find that incorrect information has been submitted, we may place a hold on any withdrawal request and take appropriate action after completing our review.
Section 2 — Account Management
2.1 Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password safe. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account. Sharing your account with others is not allowed.
2.2 Account Suspension / Closure
We may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases—
- When there is clear evidence of a breach of these terms
- When there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- When a player requests self-imposed betting limits
- When we are required to shut down platform operations
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
When a withdrawal is requested, or whenever we determine it is necessary, the player must submit documents such as a national ID and proof of income. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
Section 3 — Deposits & Withdrawals Terms
3.1 Deposits
We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks — please keep this in mind whichever method you use.
- The payment method and account holder must match; third-party payments are not allowed.
- If the deposit amount is incorrect, we will credit it only after verification.
- Deposits must be made using the player's own bank account or mobile wallet.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Please note that verification periods or restrictions may cause delays.
- Withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit; requests using a different method may be declined.
- For requests involving a bonus, the required wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal is allowed.
- A withdrawal request may be placed on hold during a verification period.

Section 4 — Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
rm99's welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks. The bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement — meaning you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Examples—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you 60,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks must be met.
- Deposit 520,000 Ks and get a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you 1,020,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks must be met.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions; in case of conflict, those conditions take precedence.
- Each player may claim a bonus only once; bonuses cannot be shared between players.
- We may update bonus offers without prior notice.
- If a withdrawal is requested without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Program
rm99's VIP tier system has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier upgrades are based on your play history—
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Section 5 — Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play
rm99 is committed to fair play for all players. Exploiting software bugs, and using bots or automated tools to play, are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Handling Violations
If a payment occurs during a period caused by a software bug or technical error, we reserve the right to void those payments. It cannot be assumed that a player was unaware of the error — such payments are not eligible to be claimed.
5.3 Calculations
Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG); service disputes regarding these results are not possible — game engine records are the final authority.
Section 6 — Prohibited Actions
Players are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions—
- Money laundering or processing unlawful payments
- Playing under a third-party name without registration
- Attempting to circumvent or hack the game system
- Data scraping — copying any service-related data without authorisation
- Using the platform for criminal purposes
- Opening more than one account to gain unfair advantages
If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, the player's balance will be forfeited, the account will be closed, and legal action may be taken.
